Still looking. Quick question. Will the 88-91 EDM panels fit a USDM model without modification? Have resorted to ebay, but wanna double check before I pull the trigger. Seem to get the answer that 88 will fit 89-91 if you trim the back a bit. but nothing about the EDM fitting USDM

Not quite sure of your question.but im sure they will work on your 88 usdm doors.pretty much if you have 88 doors any 88-91 door panles will fit into them.not if your doors are the ones that have the seat belts then your stuck with 90-91 usdm door panels.

Another set of panels you can used are civic hatchback but you wont have the CRX logo like the SIs.

Glwf..those 88 usdm panels are hard to find in good condition

 

Tell me about it. I had perfect panels in my 88 and they have started to crack now that I had to peel my front tint off about 18 months ago. I'm gonna say it's no coincidence that they lasted fine for 20 plus years, then just died within five months. Damn CHP. LOL

What I am asking is if their panels will fit my 88 since they didn't have the belts in the door. Maybe an easier question for some of the gurus would be are 88 - 91 EDM doors the same size as 88 USDM doors?
