i have a gsr harness. its obd 1. on the pass side by the shock tower the harness has 4 plugs. i know the 3 big ones clip in. but theres a 4th plug. what is it? were does it go? its a small 2 wire plug. any ideas. i tryed searchin but nothing. help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Car cranks but will not start, or car will not crank?

The only yellow/black I can think of is the output of the PGM-FI Main Relay, [fuel injector relay] to fuel injectors. ECU/ECM, and a few engine solenoid/valves.\

I will have to check farther.
My 94 is not a GS-R so it only has the 3 plugs. 94

Evap Purge solenoid, I can post the factory service manual page if you like but that is what it is for

 

the car cranks and turns over. just no start. if its for evap i dont need it. the motor is in my 92 hatch. i thought the plug had more to do with it. idk?????

 

Ditto what HondaPartsHero said. it is for the "Evaporative Emission Purge Control Solenoid Valve", [evap purge valve]

The yellow/black is 12V+ when ign. switch is in run or start positions and comes from the injector relay in the PGM-FI Main Relay, the red is the ground control from the ECU/ECM, [PCS output].

Have you checked the obvious things, do you have spark, do you have fuel, do you have compression, is the timming correct, both valve timing and ign. timing? 94

 

i have spark. i have fuel. just no start.motor is fresh, just rebuilt. timing is dead on. so i do need this sensor hooked up than?
