Default torque converter question

I have a 94 accord lx automatic that i just rebuilt the motor in. Drained all the fluid out of the trans and torque converter. Question is, Idk how much fluid to pour into the torque converter before i put the trans back on. Cant seem to find anything on here to help me out, and i only have a few more hours to get this thing running. So i dont have time to search really deep.

TIA,
Jake

Jake,

If the TC came out of a running car already it probably has enough fluid in it, the doughnut shape makes it near impossible to completely drain.

But for peace of mind, dump a quart directly into the TC, install it on the trans and spin it around a few times to coat the inside of the TC. Make sure the TC is all the way on, expect 3 clicks/clunks. Viewed through the starter hole the TC will be >< close to the case, and recessed ~1" from the mounting face of the bellhousing.
