Default going from synthetic to conventional question
alright ht quick question for yall. can goin from a synthetic oil to a conventional oil, jus for 1 oil change nd less than 500 miles of use, cause bearing failure??

No but could make gaskets leak some, but why run it for 500 miles? I wouldnt switch around like syn to dyno to syn could cause some problems

i jus did it right quick cuz i didnt hav the cash at the time but now im back to full syn. i was jus curious. thanx guys

This is a very common myth in the automotive crowd. it will not cause any issues, you can go back and forth all day.

^ seriously, people use to tell me "once you go synthetic, you can never go back" gets a little annoying after a while
