Whats up guys.. My brother is having problems with his car hoping somebody can help..

94 accord Lx sedan, auto

When the car is running, the wipers won't shut off. Constantly on, not delayed

Also, the parking lights will not shut off. This is killing his battery.

Anybody dealt with this before? Any help is appreciated.. Thanks guys

 

Immediate fix would be to take off the steering column plastic cover and unplug the headlights and wipers from the back of each of the levers. It might be a faulty switch. A multimeter test can be done wit the lever removed from the column.

You can also google the fuse panel for the car and pull the fuse
