what the hell do you want that small *** turbo for? get a used 14B from a DSM or something... much better then that PoS and you'll pay about the same for a used one. ($100-150)

And yes, a 16G should fit your manifold.

 

a number of reasons:

* i'm running a stock block (meaning skimpy d16 rods)
* this car is purely a street car so the small turbo gives great torque
* i don't want to swap out my exhaust manifold
