D15 block with D16y5 head Pros and Cons

I am looking to start a swap on my 92 Civic. I have a D15b1 block and recently bought a D16y5 vtec head. I was wondering if anyone knows of any problems with doing a swap like this and the pros and cons.

Pros: If you do the work yourself you'll learn and have fun
Cons: Still slow
