Front wiper is stuck "on" and only goes off when ignition is off. Dealership says its the relay control module, part number 38250-SHJ-A21. That part is actually called a relay box assembly and contains several parts - fuses and relays.

Seems that the bad part could be replaced instead of the whole $340 box. Anyone know if that is generally possible, or if there are parts built into the box that could go bad, requiring complete replacement?
