Which V-tec cams are better??

I have heard that crowers are good and reliable....but I have seen them break if you are not using crower retainers and springs. That is what I have heard and seen...no personal experience though.
It depends on where you are talking about making power. While many aftermarket cams produce superior power at very high RPMs (8000+RPM), the Type-R cams seem to produce more power than others in the 6000-8000RPM range.

You can get a JUN 2 intake cam and a ITR exhaust cam. Good combo, especially for midrange.
Id spend the extra couple of hundred on the JUN3s though.
