Dude, if youre looking for MPGs, do what I did.
OBD1 16 valve D15b7 with CAI, z6 IM and TB and Hondata IMG, d16A6 cam (with Y8 or adjustable cam gear), header, exhaust and a tune.
I was able to get 45+mpg if I kept it below 70 with the z6 tranny, but with the stock tranny it would prolly get that up to 75, plus with the mods listed above, it actually had some pep too it (for a d15 that is), so I was able to keep my foot out of it most of the time.
