Need Info ASAP (jdm - fender liners)
The USDM fender liners didn't line up/fit when I got the JDM front put on. Do I have to get the JDM fender liners separate from the kit, what do most do? Should they have come with the kit? If not who has them for sale?
Thanks!

same here. make sure your fenders aren't tweaked. If you bought them used, they might be a lil out of shape, and if they are fiberglass fenders, then nobody can help you.
This is WEIRD. The bodyshop is telling me that the bolt pattern is different, and that they will not drill different holes, because they dont want to be responsible if the liner comes off. Should the holes line up? Should the holes match up perfectly?

It totally fits on the fenders and under the wheel wells. I had to manipulate it to fit the bumper a little bit though. I ordered a pair of liners before I realized the USDM fit.
The USDM fits, however.. they showed me today that lineup of the screws is all dead on EXCEPT one hole that is about 3/4 (or maybe 1/4) of an inch off where the front bumper(plastic) meets the fender(metal). They said an additional hole needs to be drilled to get the liner on properly and secure. So essentially it looks like only the front hole doesn't "line" up. I dont know, seems so easy, but they dont want to drill the hole. Stupid morons!
Did most people who have the JDM front on this board drill an additional hole, or did you just leave that end untouched? If you did drill, did you drill into the fender or the bumper?

The JDM front is already complete.. the bodyshop is just sitting there with their thumbs in their *** now, because they dont want to put the fenderliners on. They think having to drill a hole into the bumper or fender is too "micky mouse", and they dont want to risk drilling after all of their effort put into the car. They don't like the fact that the factory parts don't line up. Its just the damn hole furthest to the front of the car. Oh well, i guess ill have to do it.

Take it somewhere else and have someone finish it up for you in a day John, instead of waiting a month.
