1992 h22a swap help! Please!
I just got done swapping my 1995 h22a1 into my 1992 accord and when I try to drive it and it wants to die. I asked my buddies what it could be and they say it could be my fuel pump, but aren't sure. I need help please!
It's not the fuel pump. Fuel pump will either work or don't work.
Can you be more specific how it wants to die when driving? Like coming to a stop where the idle drops so low that it'll shudder and die, or if I'm driving on the highway it just shuts off, etc.

when I put it in gear, let my foot off the clutch and hit the gas past 2500-3000rpms the car dips down to under 1000 rpms then i lay off the gass and put it in nuetral and its fine. It runs totally fine in nuetral. I have no Idea what it could be.
Either in nuetral or in gear, when you slowly rev up to 2,000 rpm it starts to rev up and down between 1,000-2,500
You got a few different issues going on it sounds like. You're going to have to start narrowing it down to each. What parts are you using with your swap ?

What ECU are you using?
Sounds like you could have a vacuum leak, maybe you swapped the MAP and TPS connectors.... or could be that the ECT sensor is not connected/ or you have low coolant.
Check all of your wiring Make sure all the connectors are in the appropriate spots. Check for vacuum leaks. make sure your IACV is connected and working. Check your coolant level and make sure the system has been properly bled.
