1990 Accord Coupe Power Steering Problem
I just replaced my steering rack and power steering pump on my 1990 Honda Accord and now it as if i have no power steering at all. I did bleed the system and it does have fluid in it. I'm not sure what the problem is. Is there a specific bleeding procedure I need to follow? I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm afraid it would be a defect part if there's fluid and has been bled properly. There's only one way to bleed the system is to slowly steer it side to side.
I just replaced my pump a month ago with brand new Honda P/S fluid and bleed it exactly the way I explained it. Works fine for me.
