if i have to tig is anyone down to make some quick cash to throw down 2 welds please help

It can be MIGed. However, if a muffler shop does it pretty much guaranteed will come out looking like crap and with them using mild wire, which means that it will rust.
If it's TIGed by someone who knows what they're doing it will turn out nice and have stainless filler used.

But TIGing would be a lot better especially if back purged...
You're right.
Understand I was talking about the muffler shop, not the ability to do it. Muffler shops here in the US do things as cheap as possible. These are people who will weld an exhaust so that it's one piece from the head to the tailpipe, no flex section. They MIG it... badly. And since their "custom" exhausts are pre-bent mild kits, they use standard MIG wire and do not have (or probably even know about) stainless.
IMO, go and get it done well.

we have the same "type" of shops here too... but there are few good which will do everything how it needs to be even with mig
But definetly, if you have money, get it TIG welded!

The gas your talking about is just standard Argon Mix for mig welding Mild Steel. Here in the states we use 75/25 or 75% Argon and 25%Co2. Mig welding stainless does require SS filler but with a Tri-Mix gas that has a lower content of reactive gases such as co2. This preserves the corrosion resistant proprieties in the stainless. I don't mig weld stainless however this is what I learned in school.
