1. you english is horrible, don't even really know what you're saying
2. you haven't listed what you've done to troubleshoot it
3. you haven't listed what your setup even is
that's just a start, if you want help we have an actual forced induction forum that would probably be better if you ask an actual question

When I hit the brake pedal it revs my engine. It will rev to about 2000 rpms until I release my foot from the brake. Other than my brake pedal pretending to be my gas pedal the car runs very smooth. Its not until I have to come to a complete stop and then start again from 1st gear the engine stutters, im assuming its doing that because it takes about 8 seconds for the rmps to wind down after taking my foot off the break so if I try to shift from first or second after holding the brake in the car is still winding down while im applying gas which is making the entire car just start jerking. I dont know its really hard to explain, I tried to the best of my ability. Anybody have any information or experience with an issue like this? I would appreciate any help at all!
Deal with the brake problem first, check grounds, batt. batt. to chassis and chassis to engine, pay close attention to the engine harness grounds at the thermostat housing, do not just eyeball the connections, remove/clean and reconnect.
Make sure brake peddle is not "mechanically" moving the gas peddle or cable, eyeball the throttle body while somone steps on brake, make sure cable is not moving. 94
