215/45-16 what tires are availible these days?
I took a look at discounttire & tirerack, not to many choices.
What OTHER then Azenis would you get?
I want to cut the weight down and stay on a 16x7, I thought PZero but don't see them listed...
PS (will use the stockers & azenis for track)
Concidering a wheel upgrade/ my stockers look like chit.

Does anyone have a site that lists more tires then the ones I said before?
I like the RE010 but had them once and would like to try something else
Need some options but not sure where to look

Those tires, as they are sold in the United States and Canada, SHOULD NOT be used on the ITR. They are designed specifically for the NSX, and specifically to be used on the FRONT of the NSX. Each tire has built-in biasing that is designed to work with the NSX alignment and suspension (as described here, and is designed differently (different biasing and compound) from the 17" NSX rear tire. People have tried them on the ITR and have reported problems in doing so.

If you do use the 215-45-16 Bridgestone Potenza RE010 on the R. You have to get it realignment. I don't know what problems you might run into after the realignment.

It's what I'm running for winter tires, pretty happy with them too.

Yes, yes, I know he was asking about 16" tires, but there's more selection in that size and it matches the stock tire diameter.

I have been disappointed with the weight of the Azenis or i think its the weight, So On that note I want to change the tires to a different type.
And When I had A022 on before these I like the crisp turning similar to the RE010s- now I dont have the nice turning I just muscle thru turns Knowing that the azenis will stick.
Decisions, decisions
Go with the RE010 and have $800 tires go bad in 9 months or what???
CAN Yokohama A520 TL 225/40R-16 85V fit a 16x7 rim and fit under a stock suspension R?

205/45/16 Pirelli Pzeros and call it a day
I'm gonna argue something
I want to get the most fit-able rubber under the car as humanly possible with out cutting or modifiying.
And don't the JDM Rs have 215/45-16? and what type of tire do they run? (RE010?)
205 vs 215... bigger is better I think

If you want to order the NSX-spec RE010, go ahead. At least one person here tried them and hated them so much that he immediately took them off and sold them.

I used to have 215/40/16 yokohama A520's on my integra. It doesn't throw it off that much. Like 3% or something and it's a smaller diameter so it helps gearing just a little. I liked the ride and they cornered really well. They're a really good tire and relatively cheap. I've seen them listed at http://www.tires.com, that was a while ago though so check it again.
