Tire wear problem. Not Alignment issue.
Ok So I have a 1990 Accord LX. Here recently I noticed my car has been pulling to the right a bit, Which shouldn't be happening due to me having an alignment done a few months ago. Well I looked at my RF tire and it is very worn on the inside. My passenger tire is fine and has even wear. So What could this issue be? Tie Rod problem or Bushing? Also would a bad caliper be causing this...Wouldnt think it would cause uneven wear...
Thanks in advance guys.

Have the alignment checked again, a pot hole or something could have knocked it out.
You can raise the car up, with proper support, and grab the tire at 3 and 9 and pull push, any movement? Then grab at 6 and 12 and do the same, any movement?

Bad shocks will definitely make your tires wear unevenly. I agree with lost again. Lift, support and grab the wheel at 3/9 to check for wear in the steering linkage. This would be anything from steering rack to inner tie rod to outer tie rod. Then grab the wheel at 6/12 to check for wear in your upper and lower ball joints. Bad wheel bearing/hub can knock your whole setup out of whack as well. I don't think that a bad caliper would cause bad tire wear around the outside but check all that anyway to make sure nothing is binding. Keep us posted.
I do know that some techs don't usually do their job right. Get it checked out again. Tires wearing out on the inside is usually caused by negative camber or negative toe.
But if the tire still pulls to one side, I'd swap both front tires and see if it'll pull to the other side. It could be due to separated pliers on the inside tire if the tire pressure is good.
