hmm.... this is interesting thought, but i thought all HF's were stick? why change it to a auto?

Just curious if anyone has tried it. I've searched on google and have found a possible example of someone who has but theyre all typing like idiots so I can't read half of it.

Would be interesting.
You could probably bolt it up and get it to fit in the engine bay, however running it may be a whole different story.
It's going to need whatever electronics are required and since it was available in OBD2 vehicles it may be an issue.

Not sure if the headache would be worthwhile.
That transmission is garbage.

Why's that transmission garbage? TBH I only heard about the HX having a CVT yesterday... >.> haha

I guess I shouldn't say it's garbage since I have zero first hand experience with it at all.
My statement comes from all the failures I read on the internet for them.
I can't find similar failure stories for the other Honda transmissions so it makes that CVT system look not so great to me.

I had heard some issues with the newer automatic transmissions as well. Failure to engage reverse?
