i dont mind the vinyl for a non show car....ive done this to several guitars and if you use quality vinyl it will hold up to some pretty major abuse....my old lady works at a print shop and i was gonna try and get some vinyl through them for a similar project....looks good though

damn, that actually looks nice, but only thing i have to say is that when it get's dirty, it's going to show.

this also makes me wonder how much it would cost to get my ef covered, in carbon fiber wrap.

Can you post some better before and after shots? To me it looks amazing but I am trying to really see the difference in before and after as your crx shell looks almost flawless. Nice job so far

Looks good, you should have gotten some of that carbon fiber vinyl for the hood. I remember seeing a thread on another forum where somebody "murdered out" their BMW with a wrap. I am seriously considering this for my hatchback.

That looks really good and prope to you for having the patience to do this project. I know it's not easy juggling family and projects. What was the prepping procedure? You just cleaned the areas and dried it off before applying the vinyl? You didn't add anything to help the vinyl stick, correct?

Awesome. It's cool to see the process of a wrap being done.

sweet deal. i may just consider getting the matte black and tackling this myself since my car is a track car and pointless to spend a ton on a paint job to just get chipped up

Ok that's good to know. I did some research on the internet and some were saying to apply something to the car before applying the vinyl. I'm thinking this will either be a PITA to remove off the car or damage the car paint, others have said that using a heat gun/hair dryer will leave brown spots on your car paint especially if it's a white car. I may end up getting some body parts from a junkyard and practicing first
