Icon3 Weird issues after maintenance/repair HELP

Hi guys, I have a 2002 RL with navi and have come across two strange issues which I need help on.

Issue number one, I replaced the ac condenser after determining that the original one was bad, it had signs of leakage and had previously leaked out after being recharged. The issue is that now after replacing the ac condenser with a new non oem one from kragen/oreilly auto parts, ac cooling is not as cold as it previously was. I have to set the temp all the way down on a hot day in order for it to be cool. Ac has original 1.5 pounds of coolant, compressor is pushing correctly and pressure is correct on both the low and high ends of the lines but STILL ONLY COOL, not cold air. WTF!?

Second issue, after jacking up the front of the car to change the oil then setting the car back on the ground and later driving, the car feels like the front struts are blown. The car drove perfectly with proper dampening previous to jacking up the car, then seems like all of a sudden the front of the car is bouncing like a Honda with cut springs, or a low rider to put things in perspective. Again, WTF!?

Car only has 107k miles on it, please anyone have any ideas on what could be causing these issues? I really appreciate any ideas/suggestions you guys may have.

Thanks!

Sure the refigerant level isnt under/overcharged??? What pressures are you getting from both high and low sides with the a/c on? And as far as the front struts go....thats actually common on that generation RL. Ive put so many on a lift then take em down and go on a test drive to feel the fun lowrider bounce. Put oem ones back on with new bumpstops and you'll be good to go.

Yeah, not sure on the numbers for the AC, a shop verified they were good. as for the shocks, man what a bummer. Gonna go pick up a new set right now.

Thanks for the confirmation, really appreciate it.

As a new member it says i cant start a thread so i'm going to throw my problem in one of these newer posts.

I have a 2010 civic with 40K miles on, i bought brand new. It just started a low humming sound from i believe the front end at exactly 58-71 mph. I have my tyres rotated and i just switched them again after this started thnking it was that. I have checked air pressure and all is ok. The tyres are in great shape and there is zero vibration/knocking at any speed. Any ideas, or help would be appreciated.
