Icon2 1990 Honda Accord- RPMs Problem

They say I need a speed sensor but can a sensor make your car cut off when you hit the brakes.. when driving I hit the brakes my car shuts off i put it in neutral and it cranks up without a problem. RPMs are jumping up and down, sports light flashing, speedometers works on and off.. I hook it to a machine and it read speed sensor

Shutting off?

Idle jumping-check coolant level. Check/adjust/clean IAC and FITV. Then on the 4th generation, I think there is another valve on the drivers side end of the tb that should be cleaned.
