i recently tried to install my new power chamber cf intake from password jdm
but it doesnt work with my 70mm skunk2 TB and my eldebrock victor x intake manifold and it a b series in a ek 1997 civic

has anyone ever had this problem and done it cause i was thinking of removing my TB and then install the intake too the TB and then install all together to the manifold

someone help me .....

 

That doesn't make any sense. It either fits or it does not.

yeah u should take pics cause we dont understand the question... your saying you can make it fit if you remove the tb but you cant put it on without removing it?

 

yea it wont fit the intake hits into my chassis idk if maybe cause the eldebrock victor x is to long ??

 

Looks like you'll have to make some modifications since you didn't account for fitment issues.

 

So basically your saying that you have a 70mm throttle body and the intake is a smaller diameter. What you will have to do it get a new coupler that has a reducer on it...

you can eaither make some modifications to make it fit....

or ask for an exchange for one that comes shorter...for example one for an eg or something with a smaller engine bay im guessing...
