Default B16A2 Injector problem

Right here we go!! i have got a civic vti wit a B16A2 engine which will not start!! are a bit of investigation we have traced the problem to the injector's not pulsing, we have tried the main grey relay under the dash which i'm told give's it a live feed is this correct?? or does anyone have any idea's ??? we are a bit stuck!!

What car?

Do all four injector clips have battery voltage with the key turned to ON(II)?

Does the fuel pump prime? Is there spark at the plugs?

When the key is turned from off to ON(II), does the CEL remain on steady or does it turn off after 2 seconds?

It's a civic 94 5 door VTI, i haven't checked if there is voltage at the injector clip's however i have a tool you plug into them and it light's up if there pulsing (which there not) yes the fuel pump primes and if you crack the feed to the rail there is good preasure there, there is a good spark and when you turn the ignition on the CEL come's on then goes off as normal, im 99.9% sure the fault is the injectors not pulsing just not sure hoe to cure it ?? any help greatly appreciated cheer's

A noid light does NOT tell you whether the injector clip gets voltage. You need to use a test light or, better yet, a multimeter so that you actually measure the voltage.

If there's voltage at all four clips, measure the resistance of the injectors. There's no need to guess what the problem might be. Doing the correct electrical tests will identify the problem.

ok will do cheer's do you no what the voltage should be?? and the resistance??

battery voltage = voltage measured across the two battery posts
resistance = 10-13 Ohms

Ok cheers I'll try it thank u I take it they are ment to have resistance and voltage?? If they don't is there anything to check whilst I'm there??
