Icon2 98 Accord V6 Wrecked - Suspension ?s

So I wrecked my 98 Accord V6 today while trying to get out of the way of some fool who was about to rear end me. My driver's side fender area hit an SUV. I was left with my front driver's side tire facing inwards while the passenger side tire faced straight ahead. I noticed some parts were broken. Not sure what exactly was, perhaps tie rods and sway links?

I think I'll be found at fault by the insurance companies since I turned into another lane to avoid getting rear ended and caused another car to hit me on my side. I want to start thinking about how I can fix the problem. What do you guys think I will end up having to replace? I've started a preliminary list of the following:

Suspension Kit:

Axle:

Spindle wheel hub:

Spindle support bushings:

I'm really upset about this. This is my first accident and I feel good for having avoided a major car accident by being rear ended by a speeding van but I feel horrible because I will have to pay to fix my car since I'll probably be found at fault. I had just recently changed the tranny fluid too and it was running like a champ.

thanks for the help guys.

Lower control arm is probably bent as well, brake rotor/pad/caliper? If it was really bad you might have damaged the upper control arm mount (which I did minorly) and alignment will be off forever. The mount is part of the chassis so i don't there is a way to fix that [but if anyone has a solution, I would like to know as well]. You are probably right about insurance and being at fault because you hit them instead of getting hit. If that van was to have rear-ended you, he is at-fault and you wouldn't have had to pay anything. Although you probably would have gotten hurt, air bags gone off, etc. Glad to hear you are alright though.
