Rearview mirror keeps moving down.

Rearview mirror keeps moving down.
Is there a screw to tighten the mirror adjustment up so it doesnt just fall back down aiming at the back seat? I have subs and it is honestly annoying to have to adjust it all the time. 98 civic.
