Syncrowave 350LX water cooler motor/pump
Probably not an ideal fix for your situation, but if you cant wait - miller does sell a coolmate 2 (stock watercooler for the dynasty 300dx's) and there was a coolmate 3 that was larger that you run externally that could get you going. I think they were sub $500 new.
I have a coolmate on another machine already. Got another backup machine im using now but would like the 350 back. So used to having eveything internal i keep forgetting to turn the external pump on...
The external coolmate pumps are about 3x the size of the internal units, so it wouldnt fit inside my machine. I'll look into what your referring to though.
Its actually the motor that i know for sure is bad on my unit, the pump may still be fine. Unfortunately the motor and pump or not sold seperatly from Miller. Figured might as well just save myself the hassle and replace the motor and pump. Being the dynasty 350 is a newer machine id imagine it uses a newer style motor/pump. I know when i call in there was 4 different motor/pump applications so they actually neeeded the serial # directly from the welder itself.

So take the motor over to an electric motor shop and have them fix it or order you another. The motor is nothing special. If there is a problem with the pump call John at Edco and get the pump rebuilt.

I had them rebuild my pump. Does your welder not have the 110 outlet on the front? I plugged my cooler into that outlet and it comes on every time the welder is turned on. Mine is a 250 though so its possible yours could be different.

Yes the other machines have a 110 outlet on it but i turn the cooler off if im not using it for a period of time but leave the welder on. W/ the internal coolers they are triggered off the pedal so the only run while the machine is being used vs the external cooler being triggered manually w/ the on/off switch.
I was looking to see if anyone had a lead on the complete replacement unit someone may have had a shelf stock on, so i can get this machine back up and running. I'd rather not go threw the hassle of trying this trying that sending parts off here and there as its a somewhat time sensative issue. Thanks for the info though.
