Default New Accord Owner/ Timing questions

Hello,

I recently acquired a 91 Honda Accord LX Wagon from a friend. It has a swapped 94 Accord F22B1 block with a JDM 95 Prelude H23A1 head with 85k and only about 10k on the current rebuild. The body, however, has seen much better days. Its been hit twice in the back on both sides pretty hard. Its not pretty, but it runs good....rather ran good until the igniter went on me the other day. I figured I would replace the internal coil while I was at it so I took the distributor out and cleaned it up.

Since this is a hybrid motor, I am not entirely sure how to time it correctly or even what the correct timing should be. As far as I know, there arent many power adders aside from a set of adjustable timing gears and a CAI. Can I possibly squeeze a little power out by advancing the timing via the distributor? I remember that was a trick to add a few hp on my 91 Sentra SE-R.

Thanks,

Tony
