92 prelude h22a swap distributor help please
alright guys i've done a lot of research and havent been able to find the answer and i've tried a few different things. heres the problem, i recently bought a 92 prelude that was already h22a swapped external coil with a hole in the block. when i bought the car i was still able to start the car with a fist size hole in the front of the block. i bought another h22a from tiger japanese (came with an internal coil dizzy) and swapped that into the car and now im not getting spark or injector pulse. i also have another 92 prelude with a h22a external coil and thats a running car i swapped over a lot of parts to trouble shot. so far i've checked all grounds, timing, fuses, tried two computers a p13 and a chipped p28, 2 main relays, both set of injectors, 2 external coils, external and internal dizzy and 2 resistor boxes. im at a dead end i cant figure out what the deal is it just doesnt make sense to me. when i bought the car it had a blown h22a with an external car and i switched it out for another h22a and im using an external coil and no spark and injector pulse.
You sure everything is plugged in? If it worked when it had a blown motor it should work now. Otherwise If you want to use the internal coil dizzy. Fuse the black/yellow wire on the external coil plug with the one directly across from it. And that'll power your internal coil.
I triple check all the plugs on the engine harness and everything is plugged in and I also fuses the blk/yel and yel wire with the internal coil dizzy and still nothing
