Default 99 civic ex auto door locks and mirrors problem

First the car is a 99 Civic Ex coupe with a B18c1 Swap

The door locks have not worked since I got the car. What are some troubleshooting techniques in order to fix them and make them functional.

My Auto mirror only work with positioning them to the left, they move no other way. Such as they wont got back right to previous position nor do they go up and down.

Any wisdom shed would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the driver's door, open it, pull back the black boot and look at the wires......are any broken?

Time to start repairing the pins, Honda used to sell pin repair kits for the doors, don't know if they still do or not.

Pull the door panel off and trace the broken wires, that's the only 100% way to tell where they go. Unless you have a FSM handy and it breaks down the door connector with pinout and wire colors.
