Civic 90 Si needs work in the NYC Area..any suggestions?
I have a 1990 Civic Si that needs some TLC but I'm having a hard time finding someone who really knows civics. My mechanic is good for the basics but not good at finding out the "Little Things". For instance:
Very light leaking on the drivers side foot well..not enough for a cup of water but enough that its making the carpet damp.
When it rains the car's sunroof collects water and when I start to drive I get a nice cupful down my back or the passengers back.
The drivers side window rolls down but when it rolls back up its at an angle and there is a gap. I have taken it to a few Glass places but they can't seem to fix it. They told me to use Wd-40. Nice.
My mechanic doesn't seem to know how to fix these things and I would love to take it to a Honda Guru.
Any ideas in the NYC area? Someone who really knows Honda's? I have read the forums but the leaking Honda may make me sell the car if I can't fix it once and for all.
