my guess would be that it goes in the back of the fuse box. I just recently had my whole harness out and removed alarm wiring.

this will solve your problem

-No mention of car.

-Pictures are not very good.

-You fail to mention the stripe color on the "green" wires.

You might get some responses if you post better pictures and give more detailed information. The "green" wires may be for power locks.

Do you know anyone with the same car so you can have a look at theirs?

I also guess it goes to the back of the fuse box but not sure.

I d-loaded my Honda manual for free over on ******.

3 or 400 pages of wiring diagrams if its any use to you

The 2 green wire plugs are the keyless entry lock and unlock, the other 2 wire plug is the clutch switch so the car had a remote start unit in it

Sorry, I thought you were asking about the plug into the clutch switch. The plug you show is for the keyless entry. A ground signal to one wire at a time will lock or unlock the car. One should be green/white and the other green/red.

This being unplugged will have no reason why your windows or keyless entry does not work. I would check all fuses to those circuits. Do you have a dvm?

Digital voltage meter. Don't worry about that plug. All civics have them. There is a couple of other unplugs up there too. Factory fog lights- Blue/red brown plug. And some for auto swaps.
