Default anyone rebuilt their dizzy before?

here's my problem: I have switched my intake manifold to a '94 Ex on my '90 Dx and everything is alright but I keep getting code 4 which is the crank angle sensor. my brother tried to rebuild my dizzy by replacing the si sensors with my stock dx ones. can anyone tell me if this is possible? I can't get another dizzy because it costs too much and no junk yard has a si. please help me out. my car has been down for almost a month because of the dizzy!!! Anyone know if I can use another dizzy from a different model?

thanks....

You can try an LS distributor (90-91). Only one or two of the bolt holes match up, but you should be able to get by until you find an Si one. Have you tried calling one of the shops like Hypersports or Evolutions to see if they have a extra one lying around?
