i paid 99 for mines. they were all put on a fire sale bc hp were loosing too much money, bc no one was buying them.

they are cool tho. i would keep ahold of it man. they are very handy i use mine to run my s300.

yea i bought it when it was 599, HP sent me a check after being on the phone with them for 6 hours for the diff. just because they go for 150 retail ATM doesnt mean thats what they are worth, try getting one and yes, you can tune your cars with these things
