Default Changing Steering Rack

I have an EG and will be doing a steering rack swap from an Integra. Currently, my vehicle came with the manual setup. I have been looking into swapping it out with a 1994-1997 GSR steering rack but it appears they all came power steering.

So, I know that not only do I have to swap it to my EG but also convert the GSR from power steering to manual. The question is, do I have to get an OEM rack from a 1994-1997 GSR either at the dealership or junk yard OR can I go to a parts store such as Autozone and purchase one for a 1994-1997 GSR?

The reason I ask is because I want to make sure that if I go the Autozone route that the specs don't change so that I can maintain that steering ratio.

You will also need a P/S universal joint (the knuckle joining the steering column to the rack pinion) and a subframe from an EG that had power steering

Not sure if the Teg subframe fits but I think it does.
