Is this a good price for a auto tranny?

is 500 a good price for a used 99 civic automatic transmission? It has a 90 day warranty.

Is it rebuilt or anything?

For my money, I would just swap it to a 5spd. You could do it for not much more than that, depending on how cheap you get the parts.
