Default coolant in cylinder

I recently pulled the motor out of my 94 f22b1 accord and swapped in a lower milage f22b2 block with a new oem head gasket and ARP head studs. When turning the motor over coolant is shooting out of the spark plug well.

Is it possible that I crossed one of the coolant lines with a vacum line? Because it seems like way to much coolant to be a head gasket issue or crack cylinder.

any suggestions to fix this?

If theres no solutions Im gonna pull the entire motor again and put it back on my stock block.

I pulled off the intake manifold and head and am pretty sure the gasket was not seated properly.

Is it possible to use some sort of gasket sealer on the intake manifold gasket?

Where the IM meet the head? Yup, use a thin coat of RTV along with gasket.
