Default H22a4 swap tranny issues

The clutch's engagment point is too low. This was an auto to manual swap. It is hydro tranny setup, could it be air in the line?

Either air in the lines or the pushrod depth on the master cylinder wasn't set/wasn't set correctly. How low is it? Sometimes when you get everything adjusted right they're just plain higher or lower than you want, and there's nothing that can be done.
