Ok so the harness im dealing with is a MESS. id love to buy 1 for my 88 crx si but tough times calls for shitty decisions lol so heres my problem

Im running a b18 from a DA integra the fan switch is located on the back of the motor and the harness is different to me cuz im used to dealing with 92-00 harness's. question is how can i get this fan either to stay on or come on by command.. which color wires do i need to look for to tie together because most of the clips are broken/ cut off.

2nd what color is the single wire for the temp gauge and if i dont have it cuz its been cut how can i run it straight to the ecu and what not. thanks!

 

should be a green and yellow wire . you can wire it either way which will tell the fan to push or pull. when u hook it up test the fan before finalizing and splicing the wires together. Engine coolant temp sensor should be located on the head by the dizzy and is a white and red wire i believe. the sensor closest to the front of the car.

whats it matter to you dude, dont get your panties in a bunch, if the mods are not tripping what the hell are you thinking. and FYI this is a electrical related tech question thats not really specific to the car cuz pretty much all 88-00 civic/crx/integra/accord share similar harness's

I grounded the yellow and hooked the green up to a toggle switch for it to pull. Didn't know I could reverse it.
