Default All Motor H22a???

hey guys im looking to build an all motor coupe and need some suggestions. i was thinking about using an H22a, with a fully built bottom end and mild head work. would like to achieve at least 250 to the wheels. basically just wondering if this would be a good route and if i could get some good hp numbers? any other engines that woud be better to start with? ive just been doing some research and trying to get some good times possibly high 12 or low 13s the faster the better haha, the most cost effective way. Any suggestions would be great, thanks

If I was in your shoe's... I would call a known good shop, that you will have do your motor build. Be ready to spend a lot of money. H22 block you will most likely need to sleeve, unless you are going to use your F22 block.
