Up for sale is my prized possession. I never thought I'd do this but its for the best. I have owned this car for about 6 years now and now its time to let it go and start with something new/ different. I have built this car from the ground up, it took about 1.5 years to complete. The engine was broken in properly for 500 miles before it was dyno-tuned. I have ALL of all receipts of all the things purchased for this build (About $12,000 in mods alone). Engine was dyno-tuned at KING Motorsports and put down 326HP / 261 Torque @ only 18psi with stock cams. My intention was to have it tuned at 24psi but since I am not using a strong enough clutch, it was slipping on the DYNO and so we brought it down to 18psi. SO... there is definitely more room for power. Just get a stronger clutch and upgrade from the stock cams, you'll definitely get more power with ease. This car has been taken care for and always has been garaged. It has never seen snow or rain since I've own it. The oil changes have been done every 4-5 months, very low mileage oil changes with OEM Honda filters and Mobil1 Syn oil. I barely drive it and when I do, its always been good to me. Drives great, pulls hard, there are no problems whatsoever. In fact I turned down the boost to 15psi to make it more streetable. Whoever ends up with this hatch will be extremely pleased. It is a definite eye catcher, always getting props from random people. One of the cleanest hatches out here.
The reason I am selling this beauty is because I've recently bought a house and I have been concentrating more on the house than my hatch. Ever since the move, I have only driven it a handful of times. I am trying to stay low key but I have grown tired of being paranoid of thieves. I've been a victim of a stolen car before and I do not want to re-live that moment. So, I think its best to see if anyone is interested in picking up my hatch and then I can focus on my house.
*I am reasonably asking for $10,000 O.B.O. CASH ONLY (considering parts are over $12,000 and that doesn't include the price of the car, paint, tuning, etc.) **No test drives unless money is in hand (we've all heard stories of what has/ can happen)
Ok, heres the list, I'm sure I'm missing a couple small items but theres too much to write down. Pics are below, what you see is what you get. If you have any questions, let me know and Ill answer them as best as possible.

*The bad… -Once I purchased the vehicle back in 2005, I was told that the mileage on the DX cluster was original (76802 miles) to the car. Either the owner before me lied or he wasn't sure himself but the mileage was not correct. So when I registered it at 76802 miles, it threw a flag on the CARFAX that the mileage is incorrect. Everything else about the car is clean, no accidents or theft, etc. So with that in mind, when I started the build, I sold the DX cluster on eBay and then bought a Si cluster with 0 miles on it (so I can keep track on milage on the NEW built motor), I was skeptical at first but the seller insured me that it was legit/ was not rolled back. Once I finally finished the build and started to put miles on the engine, I immediately noticed that the speedo does not read correctly. It reads 10 mph higher than normal. I bitched and complained about it to the seller and no response was made. So the seller received negative feedback from me and thats that. Long story short, the cluster reads the correct amount of miles on the NEW/BUILT motor, not the vehicle itself. According to the CARFAX, vehicle has about 125,000 miles on body.
- Also, since I never drive this hatch anymore, I haven't renewed the plates and as of now, the plates are suspended..
- Interior is gutted and has no A/C
