Turn signal mounting clips

I'm trying to find the clips that go on the fenders that the turn signal bolts go into. It's for an '88.
I found this, is it #16?

I coulodnt get the site to load.
Does anyone else have a clue where to get those little silver clips that the two screws screw into that hold the turn signals on the front fenders?
