So my friends dx is pretty nice and new and clean and its a 5speed

however when he is driving and speeds to maybe about 65, it starts to shake and i dotn no what it could be

even when he does 80 it shakes really bad and its not a clean ride like my 97 civic coupe

any ideas?

 

Check to see if the tires are no longer balanced. If balance is good, I'd inspect the suspension.

 

Alignment

Tire / wheel balance

LCA bushings

Tie rod ends



.. start with inspecting those.
