SoCAL: 94 Prelude VTEC Trim, Parts Car or AS IS - BEST OFFER $950OBO
My friend's got a 94 Prelude 2.2L VTEC that's just been sitting due to overheating issues and which I have diagnosed as blown headgaskets. Everything else in the car is fine.
-220k on the odometer
-Title in Hand, CLEAN TITLE
-Registration is paid for until FEB 2012
-5 Speed Manual, goes into all gears smoothly
-Leather Interior 7/10 in the front, and 8/10 in the rear
-All electronics work, power everything (windows, locks, seats)
-A/C still works and blows cold
-Exterior's got some oxidation going on, there's the normal amount of dings for a car this old and the hood got a slight dent in it.
-Clutch replaced 1 year ago
-Car was taken care of mechanically for the most part (Asian family owned)
-Car still starts and runs fine, but loss of power and overheating due to head gaskets. No signs of knocking or ticking.
This car is a great mechanic's special or for someone looking for a project or for someone who needs parts. We are not looking to part out, please do not ask, we want to sell the car as a WHOLE.
Owner loved the car when he had it but doesn't have a lot of time on his hands and/or money to get it repaired.
