Quick head gasket question

Icon2 Quick head gasket question

Im finishing the head gasket and timingbelts today. Anything special I need to do? Should I take it easy for a certian period of time or can I go and beat the hell out of her?

give everything time to seat into place then drive the ***** off of it until the next time it ***** out

If everything is done properly there is nothing that requires a break in period. Drive er like you stole er! If you think that you may have done something wrong or didn't adjust the valves properly. You may want to start the engine and make sure everything is in order.
