squeeze the sides of the glove box in order to open it up past the stops. there is a screw in the top left corner of the opening and a larger screw in the bottom left corner, remove them. on the drivers side there should be 3 screws, top left, bottom left, and bottom right of the pannel, remove them, then carefully pull that pannel off. remove the 2 screws on both sides of the cig. lighter. and the screw at the top left and bottom left of the same pannel. you can now remove that pannel and disconnect the cig. lighter plug. look up under the radio and there should be 4 8mm nuts facing straight down, remove them. you can now pull the dash off (it will be very tight so push from behind). un plug and reassemble in reverse order. good luck with your install.

installing a deck in a 92-up civic is extremely easy i would not pay any one to do it if you are even slightly inclined with tools. just keep asking us questions if you run into any problems. I did my friends deck in his 95 in 15 mins and half of that time was spent crimping the wire harness.
