So, being the ITR nerd that I am saw that one was being sold at a local Acura stealership and started inquiring about its background. Nehoo, JDM cluster, no arm rest. I did a search on here for the VIN and it matches one being sold by member - fredtoast. I posted the links to the stealership as it sits now and the orginal AD posted by fredtoast.

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what happened from then and now? Before it had the USDM front end and a JRSC, now it has been given the JDM treatment, w/o armrest and original cluster which tells me it was stolen. Not sure how the dealership can sell it that way. They have it listed w/ having 35k miles. When fredtoast had it listed at 77k miles before. If this is too nerdy for some of you, I understand, Haha.

I've never come across it. You might PM doespike and see if he has any additional info on 98-0658. You could also e-mail the dealership. These days they tend to provide carfaxes at dealerships. I'd definitely let them know about the mileage/cluster. Let us know what you find out.
