Default Front Engine Mount/Crossmember help (pics)

I just bought a 89 Crx Si, which at one time was fitted for an intercooler. I really can't think of any other reason the crossmember and area for the front engine mount is cut up. Pictures below

I'm guessing I need to order both the fr. beam(no.2-on 3rd pic) and the crossmember(no.2-on 5th pic), or is this common for people to cut these sections out? I would think no matter what you would want the front engine mount on and secure.

A lot of people run no front mount due to the proliferation of aftermarket mount kits for the B/D/H/X/Y/Z drive trains. One of the key removal points is room for a down pipe.

Since I'm probably going to go with a go-autoworks kit in the future, I will contact them and ask if anything needs to be modified before I order new parts that are not needed.

previous owner possibly had a Bswap with hasport mounts. i know when i swapped my engine i had to cut that mount off the cross member, cause it actually is too big and the motor wont even go in with it there.
