Default '93 Honda oil in sparkplugs

Anyone have knowledge of changing these? I'm getting oil in my sparkplugs. I changed the rings under the valve cover, but I also need to change the ones below the spark plugs. Is there a way to change it without removing the head?

I remember someone doing it for me awhile back by using something to scrap it out. But he's busy...

Eric the car guy has a video on how to do this and i don't think you have to remove the head. I have a 93 as well and mine arent bad but they need to be done too.

Head removal not neccessary, but you do have to take the timing belt off. Timing belt removal is easy though, all you need to remove is the top timing cover and loosen the 14mm tensioner nut.
