I have a 1993 Honda Prelude Si with the H23A1 in it. I have heard that you can swap a H23 block fro the H22 and some other H22 stuff and make the H23 a vtec motor. Is this true? What all do I need to do it? If there is anybody out there who has done this please help me. Also, how much did it cost?
