FS: Seibon CF front lip for 99-00 civic ek CHEAP

I've got a Seibon carbon fiber front lip for a 99-00 civic. It has rub marks / scratches on the bottom. Can't tell much when it's mounted. Also has a place where a rock hit it on the freeway and it looks like it cracked the clear coat on it. May be able to sand and re-clear it. Not asking much for it.
